Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:Develop and implement creative social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, , Twitter, and YouTube for the agency and clients.Create, schedule, and monitor daily content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) to grow follower engagement and brand visibility.Analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to strategies to maximize results.Stay updated on current social media trends, tools, applications, channels, and best practices.Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and engage with the community.
Reporting & Optimization:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both social media growth and video content engagement.Use analytics tools (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to provide performance reports and actionable insights.Continuously optimize content based on performance data.
Video Content Creation:Conceptualize, shoot, and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, fun and trending reels/shorts, behind-the-scenes content, and social media ads.Work with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that the video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into engaging video content that resonates with their target audience.Plan and execute video shoots.
Collaboration & Creativity:Work closely with the creative and client servicing teams to brainstorm and produce innovative content ideas.Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary for larger projects.Suggest and experiment with new content formats and trends that will boost engagement.
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience:
2-3 years of creating and managing social media content in an agency setup preferred.Education:
You know your stuff. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or something similar helps, but we're really interested in what you’ve done.Tech-Savvy:
You’ve got solid skills with mobile video editing apps and know your way around apps like Canva.Social Butterfly:
You’ve got the ins and outs of all major social platforms down, and you’re always ahead of the latest trends.Creative Spark:
You’re not afraid to push boundaries and come up with fresh ideas. “That’s so boring” isn’t in your vocabulary.
