Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee project progress from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
Maintain open communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and risks.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and the management team on project status and developments.
Team Coordination & Communication:
Facilitate effective communication among project teams, developers, clients, and vendors.
Monitor team performance and daily tasks to ensure timely delivery of work.
Address and resolve any issues related to team collaboration and project scope.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks throughout the project lifecycle, proposing actionable solutions.
Ensure all project issues are logged, monitored, and escalated as necessary.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client-related queries and project updates.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, communicating these effectively to the project team.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet required quality standards before submission to clients.
Oversee testing phases to guarantee that solutions function as intended.
Budget & Resource Management:
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal use of resources.
Work with HR and other departments for resource allocation and onboarding related to projects.
Job Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in the IT service industry, specifically managing mobile and web development projects.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle management.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
