Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze financial data related to accounts receivable and prepare reports for management.
Provide detailed analysis of customer accounts and payment trends.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Communication and Collaboration:
Interface with sales, delivery teams, and all levels of management.
Collaborate with multiple functional groups to ensure accurate financial records.
Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivots, and macros.
Prepare documents and presentations using MS Word and PowerPoint.
Manage email communications and scheduling with MS Outlook.
Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new software as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com), Master of Commerce (M. Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
High attention to detail and thoroughness in record-keeping and reporting.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced features (formulas, pivots, macros).
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work effectively across multiple functional groups and levels of management.
Preferred Attributes:
Demonstrated ability to handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
