Job Summary: Timus Consulting is seeking a visionary leader to build and lead our Global ServiceNow Practice from the ground up. You will define the strategy, establish our partnership with ServiceNow, build the team, create delivery frameworks, and drive go-to-market success. This role is about starting, shaping, and scaling — from securing the first clients and projects to positioning Timus as a trusted ServiceNow partner worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio & Offering Development Define and evolve the ServiceNow portfolio across ITxx, HRSD, CSM, IRM, SPM, AI and industry-specific solutions. Develop differentiated offerings, IPs, accelerators, and frameworks to enhance go-to-market strategies. Align portfolio development with ServiceNow’s roadmap, client needs, and market trends. Innovation & R&D Establish global ServiceNow Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and innovation hubs.
