Job Objective To leverage your technical expertise to implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. To work closely with clients/ departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Implementation & Customization: Collaborate with departments to gather and analyse business requirements for Business Central implementations. Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within Business Central to meet specific needs. Configure Business Central modules to optimize performance and functionality. Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Business Central users. Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, integration, and functionality. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure reliable performance after updates or modifications. Integration: Work on integrating Business Central with other systems and applications as needed. Develop APIs and connectors to facilitate seamless data flow between systems. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom solutions, integrations, and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and use of Business Central. Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and developers to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and execution. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Reporting Reports to IT Lead Attend weekly meetings with management to update on enhance projects of Navision and inform on any obstacles being seen in easy working. Attending weekly meetings with Senior Management to update Meeting Attend meetings with the stakeholders to understand the need of development of Navision system and implement the same. Meeting with the external vendors Job Specifications Qualification: B. Tech/ BCA Relevant Experience: Minimum 5-8 Yrs. Knowledge and Skills Required: MS Office Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP
