Role Overview As a Sr. Business Development Associate, you will be the bridge between ambitious learners and transformative career opportunities. You’ll counsel prospective students, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right program, ensuring a smooth and impactful onboarding journey. Beyond just sales, this role involves building trust, shaping learner experiences, and directly contributing to our mission of creating future-ready professionals. Key Responsibilities •Engage with prospective learners to understand their aspirations and recommend suitable programs. •Counsel and guide candidates through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. •Act as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating Digiaccel’s and Altera’s value proposition. •Collaborate with product, marketing, and communication teams to refine outreach and learner engagement strategies. •Maintain accurate records of leads, track the sales pipeline, and provide insights for process improvements. •Contribute to enrolment targets while ensuring a strong focus on learner satisfaction and long-term outcomes. What We’re Looking For •1-3+ years of experience in sales, counselling, education or customer-facing roles. •Strong communication skills in English with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. •A consultative approach with the ability to build trust and guide learners in their career decisions. •Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. •Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to a growing, mission-driven team.
