We are adding a Tech Lead to the growing application development team at our GCC office. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for creating the next generation of software at technology organization that champions the delivery of modern software. Write unit/integration tests  Ensure performance, security, accessibility, and responsive design best practices are Collect and analyze metrics to drive implementation decisions  Required Skills / Experience:  Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or other related fields  9-11 years of professional experience in application development  Strong understanding of both functional and object-oriented programming paradigms  Comfortable working with multiple programming languages at the same time  Development and troubleshooting of complex SQL  Experience with Agile development methodologies  Preferred Skills / Experience:  Extensive experience in web development using modern frontend and backend technologies  Strong proficiency in frontend (React, NextJS) and backend (Python, Go, Java) technologies  Experience acting as the tech lead within a team  Proficiency in AWS services: Experience with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.  Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments (Auth0)  Experience with caching and in-memory database technologies  Experience working with responsive design frameworks  Caching and in-memory database technologies  Asynchronous/multi-threaded programming patterns  Experience with performance tuning for high-traffic portals  AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Office Schedule:  This role requires to be working in hybrid model & reports to Technology Director at GCC.
