Key Responsibilities


  • Manage inbound calls/emails from domestic & and international customers
  • Handle queries, requests & and complaints effectively to provide appropriate resolutions and alternatives within the defined timeline
  • Go the extra mile to assist the customer and escalate in case of any breach of the predefined policy and guidelines
  • Identify and onboard key consumer lifecycle journeys across channels
  • Identify key content/propositions to improve retention, engagement & and revenue contribution, and execute the plan
  • Coordinate with operations and other teams for execution


Key Requirements


  • Proficiency in verbal & and written communication in English
  • Telephone etiquettes & Email etiquettes
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong active listening and comprehension skills
  • Multi-tasking-To be able to work in a blended process
