The company focuses on creating synergies between technology and B2 B buying, with a core innovation centered around the ' Bottom of the Pyramid'. As a  Sourcing Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of consumables, managing vendor relationships, facilitating vendor onboarding, and handling complex site-level sourcing needs. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that inventory management processes are seamless and optimized for efficiency. This role demands a proactive individual with exceptional negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities Procurement of Consumables : Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing consumables, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Vendor Management : Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring reliable supply chains and consistent service quality. Vendor Onboarding : Streamline and standardize the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring compliance with WCube’s procurement policies and quality standards. Complex Site-Level Sourcing : Oversee sourcing requirements for multiple or large-scale sites, addressing unique needs and challenges with customized solutions. Inventory Management : Collaborate with internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize waste, and ensure timely replenishment. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers, balancing cost, quality, and risk. Performance Metrics : Monitor supplier performance, ensuring key metrics such as delivery timelines, cost savings, and quality compliance are consistently met. Cost Optimization : Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs without compromising quality or operational efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operations, logistics, and finance teams to align sourcing strategies with company objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and sourcing, preferably in consumables or inventory-driven industries. Proven track record of managing complex vendor networks and handling site-level sourcing requirements. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
