Senior ADAS Function Development EngineerLocation: Kochi, Kerala, India (Full-time)Job SummaryWe’re seeking a seasoned engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in advanceddriver-assist systems (ADAS) function development. You’ll own the end-to-end design,implementation, and validation of perception and fusion algorithms across radar, LiDAR,camera, and GNSS sensors.Key Responsibilities• Lead ADAS feature design, from requirements gathering through software integrationand validation• Develop and optimize simulation environments using CARLA, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, IPGTruckMaker, and MATLAB• Configure and run dSPACE tool-chain workflows for HIL and SIL testing• Integrate and validate sensor data streams (radar, LiDAR, camera, GNSS) and developfusion algorithms• Collaborate with system architects, calibration engineers, and test teams to deliverproduction-ready solutions• Drive continuous improvement: code reviews, performance profiling, anddocumentationRequired Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or MechatronicsEngineering• Minimum 6 years in ADAS function development (perception, tracking, fusion)• Strong simulation expertise with industry tools:o CARLAo NVIDIA Isaac Simo IPG TruckMakero MATLAB/Simulink• Hands-on experience with dSPACE tool-chain (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, etc.)• Sensor domain expertise:o Radar: Continental, Bosch, Aptivo LiDAR: Oustero Cameras: stereo and monocular setupso GNSS integration and data processing• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and ROSPreferred Qualifications• Prior work in automotive production projects or Tier-1 supplier environment• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD for embedded systemsWhat We Offer• Competitive salary and performance-based increment• Professional development budget for conferences, certifications, and training• Collaborative culture with cutting-edge projects in autonomous driving
