Senior ADAS Function Development Engineer


Location: Kochi, Kerala, India (Full-time)


Job Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned engineer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in advanced

driver-assist systems (ADAS) function development. You’ll own the end-to-end design,

implementation, and validation of perception and fusion algorithms across radar, LiDAR,

camera, and GNSS sensors.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead ADAS feature design, from requirements gathering through software integration

and validation

• Develop and optimize simulation environments using CARLA, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, IPG

TruckMaker, and MATLAB

• Configure and run dSPACE tool-chain workflows for HIL and SIL testing

• Integrate and validate sensor data streams (radar, LiDAR, camera, GNSS) and develop

fusion algorithms

• Collaborate with system architects, calibration engineers, and test teams to deliver

production-ready solutions

• Drive continuous improvement: code reviews, performance profiling, and

documentation


Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechatronics

Engineering

• Minimum 6 years in ADAS function development (perception, tracking, fusion)

• Strong simulation expertise with industry tools:

o CARLA

o NVIDIA Isaac Sim

o IPG TruckMaker

o MATLAB/Simulink


• Hands-on experience with dSPACE tool-chain (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk, etc.)

• Sensor domain expertise:

o Radar: Continental, Bosch, Aptiv

o LiDAR: Ouster

o Cameras: stereo and monocular setups

o GNSS integration and data processing


• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and ROS


Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work in automotive production projects or Tier-1 supplier environment

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD for embedded systems
