As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team with data management, reporting, and process optimization.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our sales team by handling data, maintaining reports, and assisting with sales processes. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Freshers with Great Communication skills can also apply
- Assist the sales team by managing and updating CRM systems, sales databases, and lead tracking.
- Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and data analysis using Excel (preferred).
- Ensure accuracy in sales documentation, contracts, and client records.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and target achievement analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle communication with internal teams and clients professionally and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
- Assist in the coordination of sales meetings, follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities.
