As we continue to grow our Financial Operations & Risk division, we are seeking a highly analytical, digital-first, part-time Credit Manager who is comfortable working in a dynamic, data-driven environment. This role uniquely combines traditional credit evaluation expertise with an ability to understand high-budget digital advertising activity (Google Ads & Meta Ads) — especially when assessing creditworthiness for digital-first businesses, e-commerce brands, agencies, and advertisers handling large marketing expenditures. About the Role As a Credit Manager , you will be responsible for evaluating the financial health of clients, underwriting risk, and ensuring the integrity of credit decisions. You will manage the full spectrum of credit assessment, including repayment capacity, risk exposure, portfolio quality, and compliance with internal frameworks. Unlike conventional banking credit roles, Oyster HR’s digital client base includes performance-driven companies operating substantial marketing budgets.
