They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support. We’re looking for a Business Risk Manager to be part of the first line of defence and oversee operational risk management that directly shapes how our savings products scale safely. You’ll partner with Product and Operations to identify, assess, and manage day-to-day risks. Up to shape what's next in finance? Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingManaging risk across savings products, including regulated deposits and partnerships Identifying, assessing, and remediating risks (credit, liquidity, third-party, operational) Collaborating with product teams and operations managers on daily risk activities Supporting incident management, control, testing, and risk reporting Partnering with leadership on savings risk-related mattersWhat you'll needExperience in financial services risk management, ideally in first-line roles Experience working directly with product and operations teams beyond frameworks and oversight The ability to manage incidents and deliver practical risk solutions Stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance detail and business prioritiesNice to haveExperience with savings, deposits, or investment products Experience in a startup or high-growth fintech environment Broader financial services experience across multiple risk types
