Job Title: FICO DM Developer Experience: 4–9 years Location: All EXL Location (Hyderabad Preferred) Role & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain decisioning systems using FICO DM or equivalent tools. Build and integrate Microservices and RESTful APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend solutions. Work on data-driven logic using Python (Pandas) or Java (Spring Boot, J2 EE). Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with FICO DM and Blaze Advisor (or willingness to upskill). Strong backend development in Python (especially Pandas) or Java (Spring Boot, J2 EE). Experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs . Good-to-Have Skills: Exposure to decisioning platforms or financial services domain. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms. Agile/Scrum experience.
