Job Title: FICO DM Developer

Experience: 4–9 years

Location: All EXL Location (Hyderabad Preferred)

Role & Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain decisioning systems using FICO DM or equivalent tools.
- Build and integrate Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend solutions.
- Work on data-driven logic using Python (Pandas) or Java (Spring Boot, J2EE).
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Must-Have Skills:

- Hands-on experience with FICO DM and Blaze Advisor (or willingness to upskill).
- Strong backend development in Python (especially Pandas) or Java (Spring Boot, J2EE).
- Experience with Microservices architecture and REST APIs.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Exposure to decisioning platforms or financial services domain.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
