What You Will Do: The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Lead position is a hybrid of business and technical consulting with the ability to operate as a digital tech lead focusing on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Technical Lead, you will be responsible for owning and delivering complex cloud-based solutions using SFMC. The candidate will be responsible for owning the architecture and design of complex solution components. Key Responsibilities: Designing and developing software components End-to-end implementations with SFMC Lead strategy and architecture sessions and communicate design options to clients Manage administration of customer communication campaigns across the cloud, either in each function (email, SMS, Push, Cloud Pages), or leveraging Journey Builder to deliver multi-touch communications. Proactively identify and resolve problems including client data feed issues. Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions. Act as a consultant and technical expert on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to serve clients’ needs. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and maintaining quality assurance. Ensure alignment of business requirements with Marketing Solutions standards and policies, and with industry best practices. Location – Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurugram Experience - 7+ Years Technical Skills you bring in: Experience with development technologies such as JAVA and Java Script Expert in HTML and CSS with a strong background in designing SFMC templates and journeys At least 6-8 years’ experience in Lead relating to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other SFMC platforms (i.e. Audience Studio-DMP, Datorama, Interaction Studio, etc.) Experience in SFMC implementations and integrations. Experience Salesforce.com or other CRMs a plus Experience in a technical role designing, building, and executing complex automated email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required. Ability to read technical documentation showing cloud stack flow and/or proposed technical architecture and implement. SFMC Email Specialist/Consultant/Developer/Administrator Certifications strongly preferred. Excellent hands-on experience in AMPScript, SSJS, and SQL. Development on all channel dataflow and process flow including Email, SMS, Mobile Push & SDK's Experience in HTML, CSS, Java Script implementing Emails, SMS, Cloud Pages & web is preferred.
