The Clinic Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure efficient functioning of the clinic. Responsibilities include maintaining medical records, Billing, assisting with stock reports, providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with healthcare guidelines and practices. Qualifications Graduate with 0-2yrs experience Clinic Front Desk Duties - Appointment Scheduling, Managing Patient Calls, Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to ensure patient satisfaction and effective communication with staff Experience with Medical Records management and regulatory compliance to maintain organized and secure patient information Prior experience in clinic or healthcare administration is an advantage Social Media Management Assistance
