Job Type: Full-Time The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering exceptional communication and customer service. This role requires proficiency in office management, basic accounting, and fluency in multiple languages. Key Responsibilities: –  Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. –  Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments. –  Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information with discretion. –  Perform basic accounting tasks - billing and invoicing. –  Use Microsoft Office, email, and clinic software applications to perform administrative duties. –  Assist with inventory management and procurement when required. –  Always uphold a professional appearance and demeanor. Qualifications and Skills: –  Registered nurse with a valid nursing license –  Trained in venipuncture (inserting IV catheters)  –  Knowledge of different types of IV access devices (peripheral, midline, central lines)  –  Ability to calculate and administer IV medications accurately –  Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and other administrative tools. –  Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory. –  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. –  Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role in a clinic is desirable.
