NCLEX Nurse- Team Lead Active NCLEX Certification is Mandatory Experience Minimum 2 years of clinical experience clinical hospital Salary 12LPA -15LPA Location Infopark Kochi Work Schedule Environment Shift Night Shift Working days Monday to Friday Week Off Saturday Sunday Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Lead - Registered Nurse RN to oversee and support a team of nursing professionals This leadership role is ideal for a motivated RN with at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience and a valid NCLEX-RN certification The ideal candidate will combine hands-on clinical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure exceptional patient care and team performance Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and supervise a team of nurses ensuring delivery of high-quality compassionate care Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing and support team within a healthcare BPO setting Oversee team workflows related to Mediclaim processing adjudication claims review or prior authorization Support onboarding training and continuous development of new and existing staff Monitor patient data assess documentation quality and provide clinical guidance where required Address escalations from team members or clients in a professional and timely manner Requirements Registered Nurse RN with an active NCLEX-RN certification Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in hospital clinic or long-term care settings Experience in a BPO Healthcare KPO environment is mandatory especially in Mediclaim management US healthcare insurance processes Claims adjudication or pre-authorization workflows Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare process setting Strong clinical knowledge decision-making and communication skills Familiarity with EMR EHR systems and nursing documentation standards Experience working with US clients or within US healthcare systems Benefits Commuter Assistance
