Sumatra Wedding Venue is a premium destination for dream weddings, blending elegance, comfort, and impeccable service. We are seeking an experienced Wedding Planner who can bring creativity, organisation, and local expertise to craft extraordinary events at our venue.


Key Responsibilities :

Wedding Planning & Management :

  • Collaborate with clients to conceptualise and plan weddings across various budgets, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.
  • Manage end-to-end wedding event logistics, timelines, and schedules.

Wedding Décor Design & Execution :

  • Conceptualise and design décor themes tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
  • Work with vendors to source and execute décor elements, ensuring high-quality results.

Vendor & Client Coordination :

  • Build and maintain relationships with local vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors during planning and event days.

Budget Management :

  • Create, manage, and optimise wedding budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.

On-Site Event Management :

  • Oversee event setup, décor execution, and on-the-day coordination to ensure a seamless experience.


Requirements :

Experience : 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Wedding Planner, managing events across diverse budgets.

Décor Expertise : Strong background in designing and executing wedding décor.

Organisational Skills : Exceptional planning and time management abilities.

Local Contacts : Extensive network of local vendors and decorators to execute premium events.

Languages : Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Work Ethic : Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
