The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end trading journeys, mobile trading applications, and requirements management for investment and market transaction workflows.Required Skills & Experience- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including substantial work in Capital Markets and Trading.- Strong functional understanding of trading products such as:- Equities, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds, FX, Commodities, etc.- Hands-on experience with digital/mobile trading platforms.- Deep understanding of order lifecycle, market data, OMS/RMS, and settlement processes.- Strong documentation skills: BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps (UML/BPMN).- Expertise in tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio / Lucidchart.- Experience working with global banking, investment banking, or financial institutions.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with multi-region stakeholders.- Proven ability to work in Agile / Scrum environments.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with any trading systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, FIX, OMS/RMS).- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SEBI, MiFID, FINRA, etc.).- Certifications such as CFA, FRM, CBAP, Agile/Scrum are a plus.Apply on
