Job Summary:


We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in project management, communications, and compensation design to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in aligning projects with business goals while enhancing internal and external communication strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Communications:
  • Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for various stakeholders.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively convey project updates and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance communication strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Compensation Design:
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of compensation structures that align with business goals.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends to inform decision-making.
  • Critical Thinking:
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills by evaluating feedback and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by learning from past experiences and applying lessons learned.


Desired Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in consulting, communications, or project management.
  • Proven track record of successful project management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Wiling to work in night shift
