The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals, particularly those with expertise in analytics and technology.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Talent Sourcing: Use various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and social media to find and engage top tech talent, specifically in analytics, software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring requirements and provide strategic recruitment support for technical roles.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process, maintaining clear and transparent communication.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise on recruitment strategies.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Vendor Management: If necessary, collaborate with external recruitment agencies to support hiring efforts for niche or hard-to-fill positions.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in technical IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on analytics, software development, data science, or other technology-driven roles.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical roles and industry trends in IT, particularly in areas such as analytics, data engineering, machine learning, cloud.
  • Recruitment Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify challenges, provide creative solutions, and navigate complex recruitment situations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
