Gresham Global seeks a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised Associate Representative with experience working with an international university to join its regional team. In this key role, you will support the University’s Regional team in engaging with prospective students, managing recruitment activities, and strengthening the University’s presence in the region. Key Responsibilities: · Student Counselling: Guide prospective students through their educational journey, from initial inquiry to enrolment, offering advice and information on program offerings. · Event Representation: Attend recruitment fairs, school visits, and other events to promote the University’s offerings, engage with future students, and enhance the institution's regional visibility. · Follow-Up & Relationship Management: Maintain regular and proactive communication with prospective students, ensuring timely follow-up to foster engagement and conversion including cold calls. · Database Management: Keep accurate and organised records of student interactions, event leads, application progress, and follow-up activities. · Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Regional team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of regional recruitment activities. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably from Europe or the UK). · 3–5 years of experience in student recruitment or a similar role with an international university, preferably with an arts background. · Prior experience in student counselling, organising educational events, or university recruitment is highly desirable. · A genuine passion for education, student success, and fostering international educational experiences. · Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. · Exceptional organisational and time management skills. · An analytical mindset with strong business acumen and critical thinking abilities. · Experience working with agents, local institutes, or recruitment partners is advantageous. · Willingness to travel regionally for recruitment fairs, events, and student engagement initiatives. Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and adaptability. Experience in building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to driving the recruitment process forward.
