**JOB ROLE**:
Currently we are hiring for the following roles and processes:

- Customer Service Associate / Senior Customer Service Associate

**1) Voice Process**:
Roles and responsibilities may include credit collections (1st party / 3rd party) or providing customer support over voice.

Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills in English are a mandate for the aforementioned role.

**2) Chat Process**:
Roles and responsibilities may include providing customer support, solving customer queries, and improving customer experience through chat.

Good communication in English and fluent thought process is a mandate for the aforementioned role.
