Looking for Oracle SCM Functional ConsultantExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: PAN IndiaMode- Contract to hire positionKey Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.- Configure Oracle SCM Functional modules to align with business processes.- Collaborate with technical teams to define system requirements, integrations, and customizations.- Lead the upgrade project and act as SME for Oracle SCM Functional module.- Conduct functional testing, UAT, and troubleshoot issues during project cycles.- Provide end-user training and documentation.- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle ERP best practices.- Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.- Hypercare supportQualifications:- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant.- Strong expertise in one or more Oracle SCM Functional modules.- Proven track record in EBS Upgrade to Knowledge of business process flows in respective module.- Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional documentation.- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with Oracle SQL and reporting tools like BI.
