We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion ORC Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions. This role requires in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation and support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oracle Fusion ORC Implementation & Configuration: Design, configure, and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions as per business requirements, ensuring optimal functionality of job requisitions, candidate management, and recruitment processes.
  • Customization & Development: Customize Oracle Recruiting Cloud using tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Application Composer, and Page Composer to tailor the solution to meet specific customer needs.
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations between Oracle ORC and other systems (e.g., Oracle HCM, third-party applications) using SOAP/REST APIs, Web Services, and FBDI (File-Based Data Import).
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support, resolve complex issues, and troubleshoot integration, configuration, or custom development problems.
  • Data Migration: Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle ORC, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation to ensure successful deployment.
  • Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation, user guides, and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Oracle ORC solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and other technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including configuration, customization, integration, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Application Composer, and Page Composer.
