About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff - Marketing to be a key driver of our growth and innovation. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Thinking & Leadership

  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to define and prioritize key strategic goals and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive marketing growth and business impact.
  • Serve as a liaison between the department head and the broader team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to support the marketing vision and objectives.

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies in marketing processes and design solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Establish and maintain streamlined workflows for campaign management, content creation, and program execution.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and scalability in marketing operations.

Analytics & Insights

  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to assess performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Create actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Work closely with the marketing analytics team to implement data-driven decision-making practices.

Seamless Execution of Initiatives

  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Oversee the coordination and tracking of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Compensation:

The offered compensation package will be based on the candidate’s prior experience and current Cost to Company (CTC)

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing strategy, operations, or a related leadership role.
  • Previous experience in branding/GTM strategy/ Founder’s Office role in a start-up or a consumer brand.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Adept at problem-solving and process improvement in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working in fast-paced industries, such as fintech, SaaS, or B2B environments, is a plus.
