Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of proven experience in B2S (Business to School) sales or in selling academic products and services to educational institutions. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential. As a Salesperson, you will play a critical role in promoting our Olympiad programs, engaging with potential participants, and driving enrollment.


Location: Delhi NCR


Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Olympiad programs to educational institutions so that students can participate in the Olympiad.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and seminars to educate and inform potential participants about our programs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and participant information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our programs in the market.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in B2S (Business to School) sales experience in academic products to schools.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel within Delhi and surrounding areas as needed.
