Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Course Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage course schedules, communicate with instructors and students, and ensure the smooth delivery of educational programs. Strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask are essential.


Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelors in any stream from an institution of repute
  • Work Experience: 6-7 Years with min 3-4 years in an Educational Institution with a student facing role.

Work Experience involving coordination with multiple stakeholders, maintaining records, project management / coordination will be given priority.

Job Description:

  • Manage student's learning journey from Orientation to Graduation
  • Manage schedules & timetable
  • Coordinate with faculty members: full-time / part-time / adjunct / visiting for course delivery and assessments & evaluation
  • Manage day-to-day communication with students via MS Teams & Email
  • Manage Digital spaces: Canvas (LMS), Miro, Google Drive: take reference from approved Learning Design Master Documents
  • Coordinate with Module Instructor for day-to-day delivery of the Module as per approved Delivery plan: conduct session prep meetings, follow-up for asynchronous feedback, module tracker, student queries, etc.
  • Coordinate with Module Leader for any change that may be required for execution: get approvals.
  • Record Student Attendance
  • Advise students on Policies, Rules & Regulations
  • Liaison with Student Assistance & IT team
  • Archiving & Documentation of Student work: under guidance of Module Instructor / Leader

Competency Requirement:

  • High Digital Literacy
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English language skills; and fluent in spoken Hindi.


Working Conditions:

Timings 9.00 am – 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday).

10.00 am – 5.00 pm (Saturday) with 2 Sats off in a month.

Salary : 40-50k/month (Negotiable and commensurate with skills and qualifications.)
