Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated CAD Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, primarily based in the US.
- Proactively communicate project status updates and address client inquiries.
- Coordinate with the team lead to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members to allocate tasks and monitor progress.
- Identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CAD software and construction industry standards.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of architectural and interior design principles
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the CAD/construction industry
- A track record of successful client interactions and project delivery
