Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and motivated CAD Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating client projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, primarily based in the US.
  • Proactively communicate project status updates and address client inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the team lead to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with team members to allocate tasks and monitor progress.
  • Identify and resolve project issues and bottlenecks.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CAD software and construction industry standards.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Revit, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of architectural and interior design principles
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the CAD/construction industry
  • A track record of successful client interactions and project delivery
