Optimize and fine-tune LLMs and other AI models to enhance system performance and achieve project KPIs. Analyze and process data to build predictive models and support AI-driven decision-making. Continuously monitor and assess model performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve accuracy and efficiency. Provide expertise on AI/ML best practices, methodologies, and technologies to team members and stakeholders. Qualifications: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record in designing and deploying AI solutions. Strong expertise in Azure AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or similar. Solid understanding of cloud-based AI and ML infrastructure, specifically within the Azure ecosystem. Ability to work independently in an onsite setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with NLP, deep learning, and computer vision models. Experience in optimizing and scaling AI solutions on cloud platforms. Relevant certifications in Azure AI or related technologies are a plus.
