AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced machine learning systems, including generative AI models, to optimize talent matching and personalization.
Create predictive analytics models to anticipate client needs and identify market trends, enhancing platform capabilities.
Build conversational AI tools for user onboarding, project management, and support.
Use machine learning techniques to deliver tailored user experiences, such as personalized recommendations and dynamic search optimization.
Collaborate with blockchain teams to integrate AI into smart contracts and escrow services for enhanced security and risk assessment.
Process and analyze platform data to train and refine machine learning systems, ensuring continuous improvement.
Extend and adapt existing machine learning frameworks for platform-specific requirements.
Work with engineering and leadership teams to align AI solutions with project goals and provide mentorship on best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like Tensor Flow or Py Torch.
Experience with generative AI models, including GPT, transformers, and frameworks like GANs or DALL-E.
Familiarity with data engineering processes, including ETL pipelines and both structured and unstructured data processing.
Knowledge of recommendation systems, predictive analytics, or AI applications in marketplaces is a plus.
Understanding of blockchain technology and its integration with AI is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges creatively.
Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have:
Awareness of AI ethics and best practices for responsible AI development.
Experience deploying AI systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.
Interest in working in a startup environment with adaptability to dynamic conditions.
