Area of Responsibility:- The Senior CAE Engineer will be responsible to carry out Strength, Durability or Fatigue assessment in Optistruct /Abaqus with good experience in meshing, connection in Hypermesh.- He should have as well experience in NVH loadcases.Job Requirements:- Experience in Strength, Durability /Fatigue assessments in one or more area like BIW, Closures, and Trim etc.- Able to run CAE analysis in Optistruct /Abaqusindependently, summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner.- Experience in NVH loadcases like Global mode , FRF ,Dynamic stiffness etx- Basic skill of Lsdyna- Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.- Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage- Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions.- Creation of CAE Models (System level / BIW / Full Vehicle) in Hypermesh- Ability to do Integration (Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections.)- Able to model using Hypermesh.
