Job Description Area of Responsibility: - The Senior CAE Engineer will be responsible to carry out Strength, Durability or Fatigue assessment in Optistruct /Abaqus with good experience in meshing, connection in Hypermesh. - He should have as well experience in NVH loadcases. Job Requirements: - Experience in Strength, Durability /Fatigue assessments in one or more area like BIW, Closures, and Trim etc. - Able to run CAE analysis in Optistruct /Abaqusindependently, summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an efficient manner. - Experience in NVH loadcases like Global mode , FRF ,Dynamic stiffness etx - Basic skill of Lsdyna - Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints. - Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage - Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions. - Creation of CAE Models [System level / BIW / Full Vehicle] in Hypermesh - Ability to do Integration [Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections.] - Able to model using Hypermesh.
