We pride ourselves on automation-driven, transparent, and high-quality turnkey solutions.Role Overview We’re seeking an experienced Site Engineer cum Supervisor to oversee on-site project execution, coordinate with design and production teams, and ensure timely, quality delivery of our modular interiors. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in interiors, construction, or modular furniture projects.Key Responsibilities Project Supervision:Oversee end-to-end site execution for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and turnkey interiorsEnsure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocolsSupervise installation teams, carpenters, and subcontractorsSite Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact between design, production, and client teamsConduct daily site briefings and progress reviewsCoordinate material delivery, inventory, and site readinessQuality & Compliance:Enforce strict quality checks as per company SOPs and BOQMaintain site documentation, checklists, and daily progress reportsEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsClient Interaction:Provide regular project updates to clientsAddress on-site queries, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfactionConduct site handovers and manage snag listsReporting & Documentation:Maintain daily site logs, photo documentation, and material usage recordsReport progress, delays, and site issues to management using digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, etc.)Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to Follow Pre-Execution:Review approved designs, BOQ, and installation drawingsConduct site measurement verification and readiness checksCoordinate material inwarding and storage as per SOPExecution:Supervise installation as per company standardsUse checklists for each milestone (carcass fitting, hardware, finishing, etc.)Ensure all work meets R-Angle’s quality benchmarksPost-Execution:Perform snagging and ensure rectification before client handoverCollect client feedback and ensure documentation for warranty/serviceSafety & Compliance:Enforce use of PPE and safety protocols at all timesMaintain site cleanliness and orderlinessRequirements Diploma/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Interior Engineering or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ site supervision experience (preferably in interiors/modular projects)Strong project management and team leadership skillsFamiliarity with modular furniture installation, materials, and hardwareProficiency in site documentation and digital reporting toolsExcellent communication and client-handling skillsWillingness to travel to project sites across OdishaWhy Join Us?
