With over 300 doctors, the hospital ensures that experienced specialists are always available for patient care.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Resident Hostel Warden located in Puducherry. The Deputy Resident Hostel Warden will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the students hostel, ensuring the safety and well-being of the residents. Tasks include managing hostel staff, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance, addressing complaints and concerns and organizing activities and events for the residents. The Deputy Warden will also enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintain records and coordinate with other departments as needed.QualificationsExcellent management and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in hostel administration or similar rolesAbility to handle emergencies and crisis situations effectivelyAny Degree or Diploma qualification with Good Language Communication (Tamil and English Both) and Computer KnowledgeKnowledge about the Anti-Ragging rules and regulationsMinimum 1 year experience in Hostel Warden postGender Both can applied
