About the role
- Create Growth Strategies: Work with the founding team on ideating and executing the best strategies for product growth.
- Curate content : The intern will be responsible for researching and selecting high-quality content relevant to Polymath AI’s products/market. They should have a keen eye for interesting and engaging content that aligns with our target audience's interests.
- Identify distribution channels & draft content : The intern will take the lead in identifying distribution channels, and subsequently creating and posting content suitable for these channels.
- Cross-post on social media platforms : The intern will actively promote the newsletter and drive engagement by cross-posting its content on social media platforms such as Twitter, Reddit, and LinkedIn. They should have a good understanding of each platform's best practices and audience dynamics.
- Manage social media platforms : The intern will be responsible for managing Polymath’s social media presence across different platforms. This involves creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Generate creative content : The intern will be expected to create engaging content, including Reels, Stories, and regular posts, to attract and retain followers on social media. They should have the ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing and attention-grabbing content.
- Grow the reach and subscription base : The intern will work towards increasing the reach and subscription base of the newsletter and presence on social media platforms. This involves implementing strategies to attract new subscribers, engaging with the existing audience, and analyzing data to identify growth opportunities.
Skills
- Strong written & analytical skills
- Social media management
- Canva, or Adobe Illustrator, or Figma
- Keen interest in generative ai
