About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious Growth Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our business development, marketing, and product teams to identify growth opportunities, implement strategies, and monitor performance. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to scaling a startup while gaining invaluable experience in growth hacking and strategic planning.
Role Responsibilities- Assist in identifying and analyzing new market opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate on growth strategies, including user acquisition, retention, and engagement plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of growth initiatives through data analysis and reporting.
- Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify industry trends and benchmarks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement growth-driven product and marketing initiatives.
- Optimize existing strategies through A/B testing and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel , Google Analytics , and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media growth tactics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Preferred Degrees:
- Undergraduate students: BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, BA (Economics), or related fields.
- Postgraduate students: MBA (Marketing/Strategy), MA (Economics), or related fields.
- College students in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year are particularly encouraged to apply.
- Gain hands-on experience in growth strategies and business scaling .
- Work in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment .
- Receive a Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
- Obtain a Letter of Recommendation for outstanding performance.
- Enjoy a flexible work schedule to accommodate your academic and personal commitments.
