Executive/Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing Brands: Retail Apparel and Fashion Full-time The incumbent will be responsible for managing all the sales & online marketing campaigns with a strong focus on analytics and cross-functional coordination. Acquisition & Performance Marketing: Develop and execute customer acquisition programs/campaigns through PPC (Google/FB/Instagram), Programmatic Ads, Display Ads, WhatsApp Business API, Email, Affiliate, Referral, Social media, etc Drive buyer retention campaigns to maximize repeat buying, and customer loyalty across all digital mediums. Implementation of loyalty program, referral program, & WhatsApp marketing. Optimization of all the digital properties such as APPs, Websites, Social Media profiles, Blog etc. in order to maximize traffic conversion, funnel improvement, and to provide a seamless top-notch experience to customers. MARKET RESEARCH and analysis of the competition, and to devise/create key benchmarking indicators and/or competitive reports so as to stay ahead of the competitive curve. Marketplace Growth: Create and drive promotions/advertising and manage the overall growth across all Marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart etc. Liaise between internal teams and/or agencies for a smooth supply of ads, creatives and reports. ANALYTICS: Create various kinds of Sales & marketing reports using Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Business Manager and any related analytics platform/software etc. 1. 2 - 5 years of Digital/Online Marketing experience in verticals such as E-Commerce, Retail, Food, Travel, Consumer Goods or App-based businesses. Excellent understanding and execution of Google, Instagram & Facebook advertising landscape. Proficient in Excel, Pivot analysis, V-Lookup & other MS Office Candidates based out of Bangalore, and willing to join immediately will be given preference Bachelor degree required, MBA graduates will be given preference.
