Sr. Project Executive

Work timings: Mon-Sat (6 days working), 10 AM – 6.30 PM. Key Responsibilities: 1. TDR Documentation & Processing § Maintain and update TDR files (Form 1, FAR, litigation, revalidation, acquisition-related). § Assist in preparing applications and supporting documents for submission to government authorities. § Ensure accuracy of guidance values, area calculations, and TDR certificates. 2. Operations & Coordination § Coordinate with leads team, legal teams, and liaison officers for required documents. § Track status of files with GBA, BDA through Govt Approvals team and update the tracker. § Follow up on approvals, registrations, and compliance requirements. 3. Data Management & Reporting § Maintain a database of TDR inventory and Projects. § Maintain the Files for each TDR Lead and Projects. § Prepare daily/weekly status reports on TDR files and pending actions. § Support MIS reporting for management review. 4. Support in Lead Handling § Provide back-end support for TDR lead generation team by verifying documents and data. § Assist in due diligence for potential TDR acquisitions for legal team. Education & Experience: § Bachelor’s degree in commerce / administration / real estate / law (Diploma in Land & Urban Planning preferred). § 2–3 years of experience in real estate operations, land documentation, or TDR support role. Preferred Skills: § Strong understanding of TDR documentation, real estate processes, and urban development authority norms. § Excellent organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills. § Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and record-keeping practices.
