Job Summary:
The Procurement Executive will be responsible for daily operational tasks related to the procurement of raw material samples, vendor development, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Collaboration : Work with vendors to obtain raw material and packaging samples for R&D purposes.
- Vendor Development : Identify and develop new vendors for sourcing materials.
- Quality Control : Conduct quality checks to ensure materials and packaging meet company standards.
- Coordination : Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, warehouse, and product teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Documentation : Create and maintain process-related documents and reports.
- Record Keeping : Maintain records for quality checks and production processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree (any field).
- Experience : 1+ year of operations or procurement experience.
- Skills :
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team-oriented with good communication abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
