Selling within a price range of Rs 5-50 for a single consumption pack, the aim is to be affordable by all. Today, Rollick is present in 15 states and has plans to soon be available pan India.website: candidate please share your updated resume: Officer – FMCG (Job Description)Key Responsibilities (Must):Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors daily to ensure product availability.Expand market coverage by onboarding new retailers and improving outlet penetration.Ensure visibility, merchandising, and proper placement of products in all outlets.Manage distributor operations — stock, billing, payments, and claims.Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.Handle primary and secondary sales reporting on a daily basis.Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and customers.Execute promotional activities, schemes, and offers in the market.Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.Required Skills & Qualifications (Must):Minimum 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good market knowledge of the assigned territory.Proficiency in MS Excel/reporting.Two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory).Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Education:Graduate (preferred), but 12th pass with FMCG experience may be accepted.
