Role Overview:The Senior Jewellery Designer will lead the conceptualisation, design, and development of new jewellery collections aligned with Everstylish brand identity. This role involves trend forecasting, guiding junior designers and ensuring designs meet quality and cost standards. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of fashion jewellery trends.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end design process for new jewellery collections, from ideation to final samples.Stay updated with global and domestic jewellery trends, materials, colours, and customer preferences.Work closely with the sourcing and production teams to ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and timely development of designs.Develop seasonal design themes, mood boards, and trend stories for internal review and approval.Review prototypes, provide feedback, and ensure final products meet brand standards.Mentor and guide junior designers, helping them grow creatively and technically.Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for product launches, photoshoots, and catalogues.Maintain a strong library of design references, inspirations, and innovation ideas.Ensure all designs align with Everstylish’s aesthetic, quality benchmarks, and customer expectations.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Jewellery Design or accessory design from NIFT/NID.5–8 years of experience in fashion jewellery design, preferably in an e-commerce or fast-fashion environment.Excellent hand-sketching and visualisation skills.Thorough understanding of jewellery materials, moulds, construction techniques, and production processes.Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and precision.Strong sense of aesthetics, trend awareness, and attention to detail.Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor a design team.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
