Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2B enterprise and SaaS solutions. You will play a key role in designing user-centric products that align with our mission to provide robust and intuitive MDM and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to final product for our MDM and security software solutions.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
• User Experience (UX): Focus on delivering exceptional user experiences, ensuring our products are both functional and delightful to use.
• Visual Design: Apply a keen eye for detail and aesthetics to create visually appealing and cohesive product designs.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth and development of the design team.
Required Skills:
• Product Design Experience: 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on B2B enterprise and SaaS solutions.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• UX Research: Strong skills in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights.
• Prototyping: Experience with prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive prototypes.
• Design Systems: Experience in creating and maintaining design systems for consistency and scalability.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• User-Centric Approach: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex design challenges.
Preferred Skills:
• B2B Enterprise and SaaS Experience: Extensive experience designing for B2B enterprise and SaaS products, particularly in the MDM and security domain.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of MDM and Security: Understanding of Mobile Device Management and security solutions is a significant advantage.
• Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of front-end development to facilitate effective collaboration with engineering teams.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
