The IT System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and networks. Day-to-day tasks include system administration, network administration, providing technical support, and troubleshooting. The role requires someone who can ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.Qualifications- System Administration skills- Network Administration skills- Experience with JumpCloud, Okta, JAMF, and CrowdStrike is a plus.- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills- Strong Information Technology (IT) knowledge- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong communication and teamwork abilities- Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
