Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology System Administrator, based in Bengaluru. The IT System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and networks. Day-to-day tasks include system administration, network administration, providing technical support, and troubleshooting. The role requires someone who can ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure. Qualifications - System Administration skills - Network Administration skills - Experience with JumpCloud, Okta, JAMF, and CrowdStrike is a plus. - Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills - Strong Information Technology (IT) knowledge - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and teamwork abilities - Bachelor's degree in any related field is preferred
