We are seeking a Senior Service Now Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale implementations. This senior role requires certifications, proven success across multiple Service Now modules, and the ability to architect, design, and deliver complex solutions . You will play a key role in advancing our AI + ERP workflow initiatives — leveraging Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and App Engine to solve complex enterprise challenges. Architect and deliver scalable Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SAM Pro, FSM, IRM, and more. Build, configure, and optimize workflows, automations, and ERP workflows with App Engine. AI & Automation Drive adoption of Agentic AI and AI Agent Studio to create next-generation workflow automation. Translate business needs into intelligent, AI-powered technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and ensure adherence to Service Now best practices. Operations & Integrations Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of applications in production. Lead integrations with ERP and enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (minimum) ; a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus. ~ Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA). ~ CAD, CIS, or specialization in App Engine/CSM/ITSM/ITOM. ~5+ years’ hands-on experience with Service Now implementations. Proven expertise in Agentic AI, AI Agent Studio, and ERP workflows. Strong skills in Java Script, Angular JS, REST/SOAP APIs. Demonstrated success in integrating Service Now with ERP and enterprise platforms. Remote flexibility with working hours that suit your schedule.
